Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid period runs to its end.

Refunds

Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where a billing error occurred.

If you were charged in error, contact support within 30 days and we will correct it.

Rent payments

Rent paid by a tenant to a landlord is not a Sharp-Stay fee. Refunds of rent are handled between the landlord and tenant, with support from the payment provider where applicable.
