Terms of Service

1. The service

Sharp-Stay provides software for managing rental properties, tenants, leases, payments and maintenance. Sharp-Stay is a software provider, not a letting agent, estate agent, bank or financial adviser.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for complying with the rental laws that apply to you.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

Accounts may be suspended where we reasonably believe the platform is being used unlawfully or in breach of these terms.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. A free trial converts to a paid plan only when you choose one.

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Payments between landlords and tenants

Rent payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider. Sharp-Stay records and reconciles those payments but does not hold client funds.

Disputes about rent, deposits or lease terms are between landlord and tenant.

5. Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Sharp-Stay's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim.
